Hello everyone, and there are some great updates going on!

We just underwent a huge Maintenance Mode today that was for a very long time. Everything under the sun has been changed; new boards, new welcome tables, Poll Of The Months, navigation, banners, everything!

We are a 29 member community with over 1,400 posts, 10 skins and 190 topics! Care to be our #30?

The site gallery will be out in a week/10 days, along with the opening of our gift shop!

We've got 3 competitions going on, and you can still enter! Who knows, maybe your wonderful entry will win!

Simmers' Lounge is home to a group of talented and talkative Simmers who love to share their experiences in the game. It's not limited to discussion about Sims, though; members can talk in General Discussion or get their own table for all their threads. The atmosphere is that of a little coffee shop - and if you don't like that look you can always select a different skin. We have many contests and games, as well as discussions and polls. Gameplay help, custom content, Sims 3 downloads... you name it, we have it. We're always looking for more affiliates too, so if you have a website that's one more reason to check us out.

Howdy fellow simmers! The following is an update for Banana Sims.

At Banana Sims, we have 110 members. We have 2,392 posts in 249 topics. That's about 10 posts per topic.

For the month of May, we only have Affiliate of the month. Our affiliate of the month is Simtunes!

Right now, we have a tip thread for The Sims 2 going on. You can find that here.

We have a new blog system in place. For 500 Simoleans (the currency on Banana Sims and in The Sims 2), you can have your very own tree (sub-board) where you can post whatever you want. To buy one, go here.

The type of contest for May will be decided by members. You may include your input here.

We have a site survey up. With your input, I hope to improve the site. The survey is here.
