Overview
Ok, this dorm has 6 3x3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a late night snack area, a fountain, a kitchen, a study room, and a feature not included with any premade dorm; A POOL!!!!!
I've designed this dorm so that the boys are on one side, and the girls are on one side, however those pesky townies may switch sides lol.
Games Needed
Anywho, you only need the Base Game and University, thanks to the anygame starter.
